Application Agreement

• ・Please read this Agreement carefully. You automatically accept and agree to the terms set out in this Agreement upon entry into this contest.
• For minors, before applying please obtain parental consent. Please note that upon entry to this contest it will be taken that you have already obtained parental consent.
• ・You must have a Facebook account in order to be able to participate in this contest.
• ・The information acquired and purpose for using it are as follows:
• ┗ Facebook Applicant Name: For entry into this contest, announcing the final candidates, and announcing the winners
• ┗ Unison User ID: For entry into this contest and for issuing prizes
• ・There are no limits to the number of entries you can make with a single Facebook account. Further, there are no restrictions on the number of different categories you can enter. In that case we receive multiple winning entries by a single player, we may treat them as winning one type of award at our discretion.
• ・Your entry will be forfeit in the following cases:
• ┗ If you post (comment) on any post other than the post for the 4th anniversary design contest on the official Facebook page (@unisonleague.ateam)
• ┗ If you entered (commented) without submitting your entry and user ID
• ┗ When you post quotations or steal entries from other people
• ┗ If your entry is not confirmed as a result of the post (comment) being deleted etc.
• ┗ If you leave Facebook after submitting this contest and before the prizes are issued
• -Any other cases where you do not meet the entry requirements or if Ateam Inc. (hereafter "Ateam") deems your entry to be invalid
• Your entry will be forfeit and will be swiftly removed in the below cases. Further, if it is discovered that any of the below points apply to you after the winning designs have been chosen, your entry will be forfeit.
• -If you enter using a Facebook account that is not yours
• -If you use the Facebook account, personal information, or any other confidential information of a third party
• -If you commit acts contrary to public order and morals, acts in violation of laws and regulations, ordinances, or cases where there is a risk of leading to criminal behavior
• -If you violate any of the terms set out in the Terms of Service for Facebook Inc.
• -If you are licensing or have been given consent to use a third party's design
• -Any other cases where Ateam deems that you are an unsuitable applicant such as in the case where your actions may lead to damage or loss for Ateam or a third party
• ・The right to claim the award is only redeemable by the winning applicant and cannot be transferred to any other player
• ・Ateam reserves the right to change the prizes in this contest without prior notification
• ・The designs to be submitted are divided into two categories: Pets and Head/Body Gear.
• ・Please draw your entry in the design template provided. Both color and black/white entries are acceptable
• ・Entries must be original designs that have not been used anywhere previously
• · The names of applicants will be announced on the official Facebook page (@unisonleague.ateam). Please enter only if you agree to your name being announced on Facebook.
• ・Of the entries submitted, the designs that are chosen to be voted upon and the Facebook names of the creators of those designs will be announced on the official English page of Unison League (@unisonleague.ateam)
• ・Winners of each award will be announced at the 4th anniversary celebratory event of Unison League and on the contest site. Please apply only if you agree with your name being announced.
• ・Prizes from this content will be sent to the in-game present boxes of winners and will stay there until collected for a period of 180 days after which they will be deleted if not claimed
• ・The prizes available in this contest differ for each ward. Prizes cannot be changed or returned
• ・The timing for the implementation into the game of the designs that win the Best Design Award and Unique Design Award is currently undecided. Once these designs have been implemented into the game they will be issued to the eligible winning players
• · You cannot receive both winning prizes and user voting prizes. If duplication is confirmed, the user voting prize will be invalid.
• ・You can win multiple prizes (eg, simultaneous winning Best Design Award and Unique Award, winning in each category).
• ・Selling prizes on internet auctions sites is strictly forbidden. If any such acts are discovered, prizes may be withdrawn
• ・Internet connection fees are the responsibility of the applicant. Ateam will not take responsibility for any connection issues that occur
• ・Ateam will bear no responsibility for the trouble between applicants and/or third parties. Further, Ateam will assume no responsibility for any damage or loss caused as a result of applicants inputting incorrect information
• ・In the case that prizes are unclaimed or undelivered as a result of a winning applicant not sending their Player ID or sending an incorrect Player ID, that player will be unable to claim the award
• ・This contest may be subject to ending ahead of schedule
• ・The contents of this Agreement or the contents of the contest may be subject to change without any prior notification
• ・The contest is governed by Japanese law and the Nagoya District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court for the first hearing of any cases regarding this contest
• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with this contest in any way. Any concerns (i.e. questions or comments) regarding the contest must be directed to Unison League and NOT to Facebook.

■Judging

• ・All of the awards will be judged from entries submitted to the below:
• -The official Unison League Japanese Twitter page (@Unisonleague_JP)
• -The official Unison League Global Facebook page (@unisonleague.ateam)
• -The official Unison League Chinese Facebook page (@UnisonLeague_TW)
• ・The Unique Design Award winners and the entries that reach the voting stage will be decided by the Unison League team
• ・The design with the highest number of votes will win the Best Design Award.
• ・Any entries that fall under the following will forfeit:
• -If the Player ID entered in the winning registration form is incorrect, false, or incomplete
• -If the Facebook account of a person that is not the person submitting the entry is used
• -If the Facebook account information or any other personal information of a third party is inappropriately used
• -If any of the conditions stipulated in this Agreement are infringed upon or if Ateam deems that there is the possibility for infringement
• -If the terms set out in Terms of Service of Facebook Inc. are violated
• -If you are licensing or have been given consent to use a third party's design
• -If your objective is for commercial use such as the resale of content
• -If it is deemed that violent/aggressive expressions, expressions of a sexual nature, anti-social expressions or any other act that goes against public morals and order is used
• -If your entry associates or is suggestive or any particular state, religion, race, group, etc. and is deemed inappropriate
• -If it is deemed that your entry infringes the intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark, and design rights; publicity rights; portrait rights; etc. of any third party
• -If it is deemed by Ateam that your entry is inappropriate
• ・Ateam is unable to respond to inquiries regarding the status of contest participation or the winning results
• ・The awards will be announced at the 4th anniversary celebratory event for Unison League, before being announced in game and on the official Facebook page (@unisonleague.ateam).

■Copyright and Portrait Rights

• ・All intellectual property rights including design rights and copyright (including the rights of Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) relating to the submitted works belong to Ateam
• Additionally, applicants agree not to exercise the author's personal rights against Ateam or any third party designated by Ateam
• ・Applicants guaranteed Ateam that the submitted works are independently produced and do not infringe the rights of any third party and the applicant will bear all responsibility regarding the submitted works
• ・Ateam reserves the right to use or all or part of provided works to create in-game content for players in the game of Unison League regardless of whether or not the submitted works were chosen as a winning design
• After the contest has ended, if the submitted works are used in the game, the resultant in-game item will be issued to the applicant that provided the design. Winners will only be given the Gear piece that they designed.
• ・According to the terms set out in this agreement, the applicant accepts that the submitted works may be reproduced, modified, or adapted for use within the game
